Park View Motel

What a wonderful little gem Nancy has here in Jensen Beach/Rio, FL! I couldn’t be happier with the cleanliness, set up, location, plenty of parking, laundry facilities on site (brand new stainless steel full size units), and beautiful scenery. There are beautiful palm trees everywhere, grills for outdoor cooking, fire pit with plenty of rocking chairs for social gatherings not to mention a tiki hut with tables and more chairs, and a large swimming pool. Total relaxation with a beautiful view! Great Pizza place directly across the street, bowling alley next door with a park on the other side for the littles :-) Love it here! This is my second stay and I will definitely be back. We stayed in a suite (living room, kitchen) separate bedroom and full bathroom w/tub! Oven/stove, microwave, full size refrigerator and freezer, central air, couch, recliner, dining table w/chairs, king size bed, TV’s in living room and bedroom! Plenty storage space all around with a full size wall closet with 2 sliding doors.

I have stayed at this motel many times throughout the past 5 years and it has always been a WONDERFUL experience! The owners are super friendly and the grounds offer everything you could possibly want! I entered my immaculately clean room yesterday to the smell of fresh linens and bleach clean floors! The bed seems to be memory foam and my nights sleep was without a single wake up! I really just wish I could love here! Great place!

This place is super cute, very clean and the staff is kind and friendly. The area is safe and quiet. We definitely enjoyed the pool. Mrs. Nancy was quick to respond and the rates where exactly what we were looking for. We will absolutely come back.

This place a was a great find, it’s was very relaxing sitting out on the rocking chairs in the evening enjoying a few cold ones . Rooms were clean the place was quiet and the people there were very friendly. I’ll definitely be back again. Thanks for the hospitality!!!!

My husband stumbled upon this place. You never know what to expect when you go on vacation. We only spoke with the owners Nancy and Fran but immediately you get a good vibe. We arrived really late but as promised, our room was ready for us. The room was great, the property was amazing ( like others say, the hidden gem of Jensen Beach) and Linda was a sweetheart who was their looking after the property. Thank you all for such a wonderful vacation experience and we will definitely be back again .

This is a perfect little place to stay. Second time here. The 1st time I stayed in efficacy this time I stayed in 1bedroom apartment suite. Perfect stay each time. Quit, clean, feels like home. My pup loves it here as well he was so excited this time since he remembered the smell and sights when we arrived. You would think he lives here as he is relaxed and comfortable. Will continue staying here when visiting. I grew up local and come back often for family and friends. Owners and staff are great!

Spent 3 nights there with my husband. The rooms have a 60th flair and are very clean. The entire property is spotless clean and very well maintained. Nancy was always there for us and truly cared. We loved the clean pool and the fact that you have a full equipped kitchen, washers and dryers on the property. The owners provide even detergent to wash your cloth. People are very nice there and do anything to make you feel home. Couldn’t ask for more. Very serene place. Can’t wait to check in again Thanks so very much for everything Nancy!

Quiet, extremely clean, great AC, convenient location. The bed is not comfortable that is the only complaint that sags in the middle hard to sleep.
